Our Services

Representation for your ACC Review Application

If you disagree with an ACC decision, whether it relates to cover, surgery, weekly compensation, treatment, rehabilitation, or any other entitlement, our team can provide experienced advocacy and support to help resolve the issue.

Once authorised to act on your behalf, we can communicate directly with ACC, seek clarification of decisions, and work towards resolving disputes through negotiation, dialogue, mediation, or other available processes. In some cases, issues can be resolved without the need for a formal review hearing, saving both time and stress.

Where a matter cannot be resolved informally, our advocates can represent you throughout the ACC review process. Our services include lodging review applications, obtaining and analysing claim files, gathering supporting evidence, preparing legal submissions, attending case conferences, participating in mediation or conciliation, responding to communications from ACC and the independent reviewer, and providing representation at the review hearing.

Throughout the process, we will provide practical advice, clear recommendations, and ongoing support to ensure you understand your options and are fully informed at every stage.

For more information about the review process and how we can assist, please visit our ACC Reviews & Our Role page (link below).

Customised Support

We can provide you with tailored ACC support by customising our services to match your specific needs. This includes offering advice on particular issues, such as the ACC review process or assisting with your claim issues. We can also write submissions for you, which may involve gathering additional evidence to strengthen your position at the review hearing.

Our services are designed to meet your individual needs and circumstances. While some people prefer to manage their ACC claims themselves, the ACC system can be complex, with strict timeframes, detailed processes, and legislation that can be difficult to navigate without experience.

On-going Claim Support

You do not need to be involved in a dispute or review to benefit from professional ACC advocacy. We can provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the life of your ACC claim, helping you navigate the system and understand your rights and entitlements.

With your authority, we can communicate directly with ACC on your behalf, manage correspondence, follow up on outstanding matters, and assist with resolving issues as they arise. Our aim is to reduce the stress and uncertainty often associated with managing an ACC claim while ensuring you receive clear advice and practical support at every stage.

We can also help you understand the entitlements available to you, identify potential issues before they become disputes, and ensure your claim is managed effectively so that you have the best opportunity to access the support and assistance to which you may be entitled.

Our Fee Structure

No Upfront Fees, Get started for free

If you decide to engage us to assist with an ACC dispute, mediation, or review, we aim to make the process as affordable as possible. In most cases, a substantial portion of our work is recoverable under the ACC Review Costs Regulations, meaning there is no upfront cost to you.

In many cases, the costs awarded under the ACC Review Costs Regulations cover a significant part of the legal work involved, including preparing your case and representing you throughout the review process.

Before we begin acting for you, we will provide you with a Client Engagement Agreement that clearly explains our services and the terms and conditions of our engagement. We encourage you to read this carefully so you understand how our fee structure applies to your individual circumstances.

*Get Started for Free refers to costs claimable via the ACC Review Regulations Scheme.  Review full engagement agreement on our service.
